The goal of this bachelor's thesis is parallelization of building Codasip Studio, highly automated developement environment. It focuses on parallelization in Jenkins environment. The implemented solution is mainly focused on speeding up the actual build process. The solution uses a number of Jenkins plugins and several shell scripts, which ensures start of compilation, installation or creation of the final package.
Proposal of marketing communication of APM Sport store

Title: The Proposal for Marketing Communication of "APM Sport" store Goals: The goal is to analyze and evaluate the current marketing comunication of the "APM Sport" store, based on the acquired data and findings and propose a new improved marketing communication of the store. Methods: Methods of both qualitative and quantitative reseach have been employed to assess the marketing communication, specifically an interview with instuctions and analysis of internal documents. Later these methods were suplemented by quantitative research, namely polling of both actual and potential customers. Results: The output of the work is a proposal for the improvement of the marketing communication of "APM Sport" store, including new means of communication and efficiency improvement of the current means. It is particularly the enhancement of the loyalty program, personal sale during the outgoing events and increase of PR cooperation. Newly there is a proposal for communal outdoor events, employment of outdoor advertising and guerilla marketing. Keywors: customer, polling, communication mix, promotion, sporting goods

The research of effectiveness of advertising in JOY magazine

Main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to estimate and to assess the effectiveness of advertising in JOY magazine. In my study I am trying to determine press in comparison with other medias and to advocate its importance as an advertisement carrier. The task of thesis is also to point out which values press advertisement can offer and what its minuses are. Furthermore, I want to establish conditions under which the effectiveness of press advertising is increased and support them by data coming from research. As a technique of research I used interrogation. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.
Store Dobrý koš commercial and its influence

The main object of this bachelor thesis is to estimate and provide the information how the commercial of the Internet Store Dobrý koš, which is owned by company Allegria -- Firma na zážitky Ltd., influences the inhabitants of the region of Pilsen. This study is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes advantages and disadvantages of broadcasting in comparison to other advertising media, and also mentions its increasing importance of the issue of advertising campaigns. The practical part is dealing with the author's own field research, related to the Internet store Dobrý koš. The data gained were afterwards properly analyzed. On the basis of this analysis there was all the information summarized in the conclusion and then recommended some suggestions and ideas for improvement.
The influence of experiential methods to change attitudes of participans

This thesis represents possibilities, impacts and liabilities which arise from participants? influencing of experience courses by techniques of experience pedagogy. In the first part of the thesis basic concepts of experience pedagogy are determined. Concepts are principle of experienced pedagogy, its goals, techniques and instruments used to reach the goals. My thesis is dealing with the principle of willingness, comfort zone, Kolb?s learning cycle, the state of Flow, reflection and challenges. In the second part the term position and consequently items which serve to changes throughout the usage of techniques of experience pedagogy are defined.
Marketing mix of fitness Spot Centrum Budokan

The aim of this work is to describe and analyze the marketing mix and marketing activities of the fitness SPORT CENTRUM BUDOKAN with the emphasis on increasing its attractiveness and competitiveness, to identify possible deficiencies and to give a list of recommendations for the owner of the fitness, i.e. to make a proposal of a compact marketing strategy. Based on my own marketing analysis (positional analysis, SWOT analysis, mystery shopping, polling, observation and benchmarking), I have designed my own marketing strategy, which would lead to the established aim.
